SoccerMax is committed to providing our customers with the highest quality products and outstanding customer service. We offer a refund and return policy if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Please read this policy to fully understand the return and refund process:

1. Faulty product notification:

You must notify us within 48 hours if you receive an item with a defect or fault. To report an issue, please contact our customer service team via phone or email.

2. Condition of the product:

For a refund or return, the product should be in its original state and not worn, washed or modified in any way. Please also ensure that all accessories and labels are intact.

3. Return Timeframe

The customer has up to 14 calendar days to return a product for any reason. This includes faulty items. You have 14 additional days after contacting our customer service team to receive return instructions.

4. Return Process

a. Users who have registered:

Log in to your SoccerMax Account and go to “My Orders”. Click on “Request Refund” and select the order that contains the product you want to return. Select the products to be returned and give a reason. Within 24 hours, you will receive a message with instructions for returning the item. You can print and attach the label to the original packaging and then drop it off at any UPS location.

Unregistered users:

Customers without a SoccerMax Account can contact our Customer Care Department via phone or email to begin the return process. You will receive an email containing return instructions after you have made your request. You can print and attach the label to the original packaging. Drop off the package in any UPS location.

5. Costs of Return Shipping

  1. SoccerMax will pay for shipping costs if the product is faulty.

The customer is responsible to pay for return shipping if the product was returned for any reason other than our fault.

6. Refund Processing Time:

Our Quality Control Department will examine the item once it is received at our warehouse. We will confirm your refund and return via email, if the return was successful. The refund will be processed in 7 working days after the confirmation date.

7. Refund Method:

The refund will be credited to the original method of payment used. Please be aware that refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

b. Returns from abroad:

You can only collect your return package in the country that you received the order. Customs may block shipments originating from another country.
